Child Development Center
New Pathways has been providing quality, affordable child care to families of Fairfield and surrounding communities for nearly 50 years. Our philosophy is to provide a loving and nurturing program in a family-friendly environment. As a 5-Star Step Up To Quality center serving families from ages 6 weeks to 12 years of age, your child will have a safe and stimulating program to foster their growth according to their age and individual stage of development.
Program Goals and Curriculum
The most important goal of our early childhood programs is to help children become enthusiastic learners. Our Creative Curriculum program encourages children to be active and creative explorers who are not afraid to try out their ideas and to think their own thoughts. Our goal is to help children become independent, self-confident, inquisitive learners. We are teaching them how to learn, not just in preschool, but all through their lives. We allow them to learn at their own pace and in ways that are best for them.
Our curriculum identifies goals in all areas of development:
Physical
From high energy exercise to fine motor skills development.
Cognitive
A-B-C's to basics of reading comprehension.
Emotional
Working through challenges alone and with other students.
Social
Children learn how to interact and develop their socialization skills.
Our Programs
